Errors have been detected by the motherboard’s diagnostics and may be preventing the system from running to protect itself from damage due to faulty components. Check the heat-sink for any dust bunnies in there that is blocking the CPU fan, for any dust acts like an insulator that keeps the heat in preventing it from effectively dissipating. use a vacuum or non-static spray cleaners that have solvents to dissolve the dust and corrosion but has no water or leaves no residue to contaminate the system. Blow air with store bought dry air in a can which is dried out and has no moisture.
